The lidded tagine is made from cast iron and is therefore perfect for range cooker cooking.
Named after the  African stew traditionally made in it, its designed to let the steam rise during the cooking which then condenses on the cooler lid and drips back onto the food making the food moist and succulent.

Its double enamelled finish makes the tagine extra durable & easy to clean.
