Our Plain Dark grey chef pad for use with Agas is a classic plain hard-wearing cotton which means this look will work in both contemporary & country kitchens, no matter which Aga you put it on.

The hanging loop is extra thick herringbone tape to give it a modern look.

Designed to be used with Aga range cookers, these lid tops have a towelling back which is soft but insulating to protect and keep the heat in.

These hob covers have an inner layer of insulation helping to keep heat where you need it in your range cooker and not in your kitchen. Our insulation is still very flexible which means you can use your chef pad for a variety of jobs in the kitchen.

  • All natural fibres products will shrink slightly when washed. However, washing our cotton textiles at excessively hot temperatures will cause more shrinkage than usual due to the towelling/fabric differences. 
  • For our Chef pads that have a hanging loop we don't advise leaving your chef pads unattended on hot lids for prolonged periods of time.

they are a little dull as the fabric has no textrue but they will do the job. I found them larger than my old ones so they hangover my Aga plate tops. they were a good price and arrived promptly

Thanks for the review. Yes we do cut them slightly larger than the lids to allow for a little shrinkage and so that the edges of the aga lid dont poke out and risk damage.
Definitely is a very plain fabric as it is a plain cotton not a towelling top so would be smooth

Bought as a present, so can't comment on the product. However, the chef pads arrived promptly and look very good quality. Would recommend this company.
