I had a slight problem with a bit of the stitching on the first one I had, but I received the best customer service I can ever remember - fast response, no quibble offer to recompense, offering four different options. Absolutely incredible and the replacement is of the usual high standard - but that's what you get when it is made in UK! Thank you
