This product has been developed as a simple multi-functional tool for use with traditional range cookers.
Very simply it works as almost everything - chef pad, warming plate cover, pot grab, trivet, towel & oven cloth.
The utility towel is made in Norfolk from the Crisp & Dene utility stripe heavy woven cloth and backed with terry towelling.
The woven stripe has been produced by skilled craftsmen in the Punjab and the terry towelling woven in the UK on some of the last traditional looms in Lancashire still weaving candle wick bedspreads.
The utility towel hangs over the bar on an AGA cooker to be ready for which ever use you need.
As with all the products & natural fibres in this range once washed the towel will change. The construction allows for movement and shrinkage. The more you wash and use this the better it gets.
