We recommended that you let boiling water settle stop rolling/bubbling before pouring it into a porcelain mug. If the mug is cold to the touch, try pre-heating it with a little warm/hot tap water. if you pour boiling water directly into a cold porcelain it may cause the mug and/or the glaze to crack with thermal shock.
