Product Variations and Care Disclaimer

1. Product Images and Descriptions

We make every effort to display the colours, textures, and details of our kitchen textiles and homeware products as accurately as possible on our website. However, please note that the actual colours and textures you see will depend on your computer monitor or mobile device screen settings. We cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any colour or texture will perfectly reflect the actual product upon delivery.

2. Natural Material and Production Variations

Textiles
Many of our products are made from natural fibres (such as cotton and linen) or are manufactured in unique batches. As a result, minor variations in colour shade, weave, and texture may occur between different production runs or dye lots. These natural characteristics are a normal part of the textile manufacturing process and do not constitute a product defect or fault.
Candles
We make every effort to display the colours, shapes, and textures of our candles as accurately as possible. However, due to the nature of wax, fragrance oils, and the manufacturing process (particularly for hand-poured or natural soy/beeswax candles), minor variations such as "frosting," minor surface imperfections, or slight colour shifts between batches may occur. These are natural characteristics of candle production and do not affect the quality or performance of the product.

3. Product Care and Liability

Textiles
All kitchen textiles are provided with specific washing and care instructions on the product label or packaging. We accept no liability for any damage, shrinking, fading, or alteration to the product caused by a failure to strictly follow these care instructions, or through normal wear and tear and household use.

Candles
By purchasing our candles, you agree to burn them responsibly and in strict accordance with these safety instructions including but not limited to

  • Trimming the wick to 5mm before every burn.
  • Never leaving a burning candle unattended.
  • Keeping burning candles away from draughts, flammable materials, children, and pets.
  • Burning candles on a flat, heat-resistant surface.

4. Limitation of Liability


We accept no liability for any damage, injury, loss, or ruin caused by the improper use, negligence, or unsafe burning of our candles , or use of our textiles, by failure to follow the provided care in product pages or safety instructions
