From Asta Barrington Word Collection the "SIMMER" Chef Pad for use with Aga cookers. 

This pad has textured effect blue background with a scalloped cream band outlined in green. Across the stripe is a block "SIMMER"  in matching green and blue.

The hob cover has a towelling backing to protect your lids and is circled by a navy binding .

  • Diameter - approx 36.5 cm.
  • Outer - 100% Cotton.
  • Inner Insulation.
  • Choice of Cream or Black Towelling

Asta Barrington studied at London’s prestigious Royal College of Art and now live and works in the beautiful city of Bath, England. Her designs are inspired by a passion for colour and Folk art, flea market finds, paper ephemera and world textiles.

  • Always ensure cover does not contact hot plate or become trapped between lid/hotplate.
  • Hot items placed on pads can cause scorching.
  • Although it has a handy hanging loop we don't advise leaving your chef pads unattended on hot lids for prolonged periods of time.
  • All natural fibres products will shrink slightly when washed. However, washing our cotton textiles at excessively hot temperatures will cause more shrinkage than usual due to the towelling/print fabric differences.
