Delivery Information

Our delivery timescales are estimated guidelines and we aim to meet those dates or faster. However in the current climate these timescales be affected by external factors out of our control (Weather & Strike action etc).

All items are dispatched from our UK base.  
Under normal circumstances we aim to manufacture/pack & dispatch all orders within 2 working days (This excludes bank holidays)

Note: if an item is returned to us as a failed to collect from the delivery company, the delivery charge will need to be paid again for a redelivery.

UK Delivery

All items are dispatched via Courier (DPD, Parcelforce etc) or Royal Mail depending on postcode, our P&P prices and timescales are below.
If you have a delivery company you do not want us to use due to past experiences please us know and we will always be happy to use a different courier where possible.
Orders placed after 2pm (UK time) will usually not be processed until the following working day.

Please note working days are Monday to Friday - excluding bank holidays

 Prices are calculated depending on weight at checkout.

* Free UK delivery applies to orders where order value (after discounts) is over £50.00  (Excluding Chasseur/Dexam Supreme which is always charged at £8.00)

 ** Please note Premium Delivery will require a signature 

Delivery to EC Countries (IOSS Service) 

P&P  is calculated at checkout depending on your location and order weight.

For Europe estimated arrival is 3 to 10 days from shipping. 
All parcels are sent Royal Mail tracked service  (up to 2 KG)  or by Courier (Over 2KG) and then onward via a local tracked postal service.

For EC Deliveries our prices include relevant EC tax and are delivered duty paid under the European Union IOSS scheme, 

PLEASE NOTE: Some local Postal Services may charge you a local Customs Handling charge, this is out of our control. Please check with you national service if such charge may be payable.

Rest of Worldwide Delivery (Excluding USA)

P&P  is calculated at checkout depending on your location and order weight, starting price is from £9.25

All parcels are sent Royal Mail tracked service  (up to 2 KG)  or by Courier (Over 2KG) and then onward via a local tracked postal service.

Worldwide is 5 to 17 days from Shipping, depending on location and your local parcel company service timescales.

IMPORTANT: All deliveries are Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), any local custom charges will be according to your territory and paid by the recipient - Except USA deliveries

Delivery to USA

P&P  is calculated at checkout depending on order weight,.

All parcels are sent Royal Mail tracked service  (up to 2 KG)  or by Courier (Over 2KG) and then onward via a local tracked postal service.

USA delivery is 5 to 10 days from Shipping, depending on  customs clearance times in the USA

IMPORTANT: All deliveries are Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).  Duties are collected checkout prior to despatch and paid to Royal Mail prior to despatch.
