From Asta Barrington Word Collection the "GOOD" Chef Pad for use with Aga cookers. 

  • Diameter - approx 36.5 cm.
  • Outer - 100% Cotton.
  • Inner Insulation.
  • Cream Towelling back.
  • Made in the UK.
  • Not suitable for solid fuel cookers.
  • Sold singularly

This pad has textured effect blue background with a scalloped cream band with a block "GOOD"  across the stripe in Pink, red, orange & yellow.
The chef pad is circled by a navy binding and has an insulating cream towelling backing to protect your lids.


Asta Barrington studied at London’s prestigious Royal College of Art and now lives and works in the beautiful city of Bath, England. Her designs are inspired by a passion for colour and Folk art, flea market finds, paper ephemera and world textiles.

  • Always ensure cover does not contact hot plate or become trapped between lid/hotplate.
  • Hot items placed on pads can cause scorching.
  • Although it has a handy hanging loop we don't advise leaving your chef pads unattended on hot lids for prolonged periods of time.
  • All natural fibres products will shrink slightly when washed. However, washing our cotton textiles at excessively hot temperatures will cause more shrinkage than usual due to the towelling/print fabric differences.
